Welcome to your GLP-1 journey, co-piloted by me!
Hey y'all, welcome! I started GLP-1 -LIFE to share information, tips, and things you aren't always told about ahead of time. I’ll share what I learned the hard way and what made life easier. Weight loss is a personal journey, and I get it. I am here for you.

Your personal co-pilot for GLP-1 success
GLP-1 medications are powerful, and there will be days when you forget to eat or haven't had anything to drink in hours. We all need someone looking out. While my fiancé is often at sea and my rescue dog, Birdie, doesn't speak human, I'm here to be that support for you. This journey isn't always easy – there are side effects, good days, bad days, and everything in between. I will share my good, bad, and ugly with you so you have at least an idea of what to expect on your journey.

Set yourself up for success
This is so very important! HYDRATION IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, followed closely by protein, and then movement. Keep things on hand for nausea or diarrhea, and easy-to-eat foods like broth, sugar-free soda, or crackers. Remember to keep a tracker or log of symptoms, injection days, and body measurements to monitor your progress effectively.

Real talk, real experience, real support
I am not a medical professional, but I am someone who has walked this path. I wasn't told about muscle loss, the critical need for hydration, or taking additional supplements for nutritional support. I also discovered that foods I've loved my whole life no longer appeal to me, and my desire for an evening glass of wine has faded. My guidance comes from personal experience, offering insights and solutions you might not find elsewhere.
"GLP-1-LIFE has been an invaluable resource. The candid advice and practical tools have made my journey so much smoother."
A happy co-pilot client
